Shipping Policy – Natural Misfit Soap Studio

Processing Time

All products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders ship within 3–5 business days. During restocks, holidays, or high‑volume periods, processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Typical delivery windows:

  • USPS First Class: 3–7 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping to the Wrong Address

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is delivered there, we cannot replace or refund the order.

If the package is returned to us, we can reship it — additional shipping charges will apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds or replacements. If your package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), contact us and we will help you file a claim with USPS.


Warm Weather Shipping

Because our products contain natural oils and butters, they may soften during transit in hot weather.

This does not affect product quality. Simply allow items to cool and firm up at room temperature.


International Shipping

Not currently available. If you plan to add this later, I can generate a compliant section.
