Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All Natural Misfit Soap Studio products are handmade in small batches with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Timeframes

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express): 1–2 business days

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at hello@naturalmisfitsoapstudio.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to make it right.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Our Commitment

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. Because our products are handmade, small-batch, and personal care items, we have specific guidelines to ensure fairness for all customers.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and unopened
  • Return is requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Item is in its original packaging

Due to the nature of handmade personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used soap bars and bath products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at hello@naturalmisfitsoapstudio.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@naturalmisfitsoapstudio.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
